Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping Carriers:

We use reputable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

For International Customers: 

Please note that all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
